Our last blog was about game-changing updates to Live Answer. The one catch was that Live Answer costs extra. (We’re still puzzling out how to get call center agents to work for free.)
This blog is about advanced-level updates to ShowMojo PHONE. The great news here is that ShowMojo PHONE is included for free on almost all ShowMojo accounts. (Once designed and built, robots are cheap.)
No, we’re not talking about the prettier email notifications (they are). And, yes, we know we keep prioritizing save-you-time and make-you-money over making everything look pretty (so sorry, sort of).
Are we at paragraph four already? Fine, then, here are the great new features.
New Account Options
Is that the bat-phone calling? Should showing agents always know when a prospect call is being forwarded to their cell phone? You can now specify the caller ID displayed when calls are forwarded via ShowMojo PHONE.
Press 2 to accept this call: Does your phone system auto-answer with hold music? Do you want to ensure that forwarded calls never end up in cell phone voicemail? ShowMojo PHONE can now hand off a forwarded call only after it has been explicitly accepted by you, your showing agent or a showing coordinator.

New Stuff for Showing Agents
When it’s just not appropriate to share: Do your showing agents have exclusive access to their listings? Now you can configure ShowMojo PHONE so it restricts activity to an individual agent’s listings – and not all listings on the account. Check this out (and more) in our Individual Listing Galleries for Showing Agents article.
Just making things simpler: When you assign additional ShowMojo PHONE numbers to your showing agents, they can now edit their ShowMojo PHONE forwarding number right from the My Settings page. We’ve also added the individual agent’s ShowMojo PHONE number to that page – just in case they are new or somehow manage to forget it.
Are ShowMojo PHONE updates not the big news you’re waiting for? Stay tuned. We’ve got a lot more updates coming your way.
