Leasing Automation means higher-quality leads, better showings, and more time to spend on meaningful things.
The Income Restrictor
We have made pre-showing qualification just a little smarter.
When ShowMojo asks a prospect about their monthly income, the prospect will be automatically restricted from scheduling a showing if they don’t make enough income (based on the listing’s rent).
Even better, ShowMojo will now allow residents with housing vouchers to bypass this question.
Renting to a wide variety of prospects? You get the best of every opportunity, in a single screening questionnaire.
A Restrictor for Any Need
With ShowMojo’s pre-showing questionnaire, you can set restrictors so that only prospects with qualifying answers can schedule a showing.
For example:
Ask about pets and if the listing and prospect pet profiles don’t match, the prospect will be redirected to your other listings that fit their pet profile (as well as matching characteristics like rent, location and number of bedrooms).
Ask about move-in date and prospects with a desired date outside of any range you specify (such as 30 days before or after the listing’s advertised available date) will be disallowed from scheduling a showing.
Ask any custom dropdown question and provide the answer options — then ShowMojo will restrict scheduling based on any non-qualifying answer. Just make sure you are 100 percent compliant with any and all fair housing rules. Some good news there: frat boys are not a protected class.
ShowMojo’s flexible questionnaire options leverage conditional questions that are included only for specific listing groups. You can meet any screening need, asking tailored questions based on the listing, the location, or any other factor.
