Prospect and Showing Tricks

Showing details emails now include a link to view the prospect’s other showings. Check out the other listings a prospect plans to view. Or research one of those questionable prospects who has scheduled too many showings.

We have simplified Prospect Search on the ShowMojo Dashboard. There’s no more clicking to find the showings and leads you are looking for. It’s all right there.

Custom Showtimes are now flagged with a blue asterisk on the ShowMojo Dashboard. Never again ask “Who scheduled that?” or mistakenly think that ShowMojo did it. Instead, you can check the showing history to see which team member scheduled the custom time.

Showing Agents have been added to the Leads and Showings Webhook. This one is for our advanced players.

Email Notification Treats

Choose who reviews drivers licenses and other documents submitted for verification. Document verification requests can now be Sent Almost Anywhere: to team members, to any other email address you specify, or both.

Send Showing Agent Feedback responses off to any email address. Showing feedback from agents can provide a wealth of information. Whenever an agent provides feedback on a showing, ShowMojo will email that feedback off for immediate review.
