Live Answer is an on-demand always-available service that answers the phone when (and only when) a prospect wants to speak to a live person. Live Answer:
- Qualifies and schedules every caller.
- Sends the scheduled prospect through ShowMojo’s automation for showing confirmation, nurturing and cross-marketing.
All scheduling is done based on the exact needs and requirements of the person (or access device) showing the home.
How Do You Beat Anything Like That?
We’ve provided a predictable pricing option for always-on Live Answer that’s gentle on the budget. With this new option, pricing is based solely on the number of on-market listings.
Even better, the listing-based price automatically ratchets lower when there are more on-market listings:
- Starting at $11 a week with only one on-market listing.
- As low as $6 a week per listing with more than 31 on-market listings.
Live Answer tracks listings and bills on a weekly basis (and not monthly). You’ll never get billed half-a-month for a listing that has been long off market.
We still do offer the original per-call pricing option. This is for anyone who prefers to use Live Answer in more of an on-demand or part-time capacity.
