We’ve tried to design ShowMojo to be as intuitive as possible. And we’ve reeled a digital forest full of info to build out a comprehensive knowledgebase. But that’s nothing like having additional assistance at hand right when you need it. That’s why we’ve extended our weekday chat support hours:
- To start at 8am Eastern time.
- Then end at 5pm Pacific time.
ShowMojo support chat now covers the entire continental US (and Canadian) business day. Rest assured that our team is also working on other critical items outside of these available hours.
Start a Chat
Support chat is available on the Submit a Ticket page. When someone is available, you’ll see the support chat widget in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Our team will strive to solve your issue on the spot. When they can’t, an agent will:
- Add a ticket to escalate your issue internally, or
- Queue you up for an online check-in, or
- Line you up for a call with someone on our team.
Of course, if you prefer, you can submit an old-school support ticket at any time of the day. You’ll get the exact same attention and care from our support team.
