Here’s a long-standing feature request: “We don’t show to people who don’t meet our screening criteria. Can we keep them from scheduling showings?”

ShowMojo can now automatically block scheduled showings when prospects give unsatisfactory answers to:

“Do you have pets?” based on the listing’s pet policy
“What’s your monthly income?” based on the listing’s rent and your income requirements
“Any custom screening question?” based on the answer options you provide

Typical beta club rules apply. You get access to the features. Feedback is expected. Changes to the features will be made mid-beta. We test everything first. Limited unforeseen issues can occur. What happens in fight club stays in fight club.
