They work into each weekday evening to ensure a timely response on every (and we do mean every) support request received before 6pm Eastern time. They alternate weekend shifts, on the watch for critical issues that can’t wait until the next business day. They monitor for fraud, listing import issues, and general account health issues — proactively reaching out when needed.
Yes, we know there has been another ShowMojo support team from years gone by. But we’ve doubled-down on customer love. That why-strive-for-great-when-we’re-good-enough ShowMojo support team is a figment of the past. It exists today only as a cast of paper mache villains caricatured in disingenuous sales shops of Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.

- They’ll add a ticket to escalate your issue internally, or
- Queue you up for an online check-in, or
- Line you up for a call from someone on our team.
