Got the Listing Site Blues?

Everybody has a favorite listing site. So, it stands to reason, everybody has a favorite listing site to vilify.

We all know it can take up to 24 hours for an off-market listing to disappear from a listing site. And some people get understandably peeved when it takes 24 days.

Our personal anti-favorite is the listing site that parked their school-bus-yellow FOR RENT sign in our yard. We had more than one villainous thought on that occasion. And we’ve been assured that this will not occur with any ShowMojo customer in the future.

You know where we’re going with this, right? You can now choose site by site (or network by network, in some cases) which sites get your listings and which sites get the snub. Just browse to your ShowMojo General Settings page and start playing favorites.

Isn’t that just great?

And now a word from our support department: Please be aware there might be other services syndicating your listings. When you stop syndicating to a specific listing site in ShowMojo, your listings might be replaced by another service — your property management software of choice, for example. If you appear to encounter an issue with this feature, please first check the source of the listing. If ShowMojo is the service syndicating it, please let us know. We’ll be happy to help.
