There are no additional charges for this feature. And, unlike some other glass-house-inhabiting, copy-cat knock-offs out there, ShowMojo’s text messaging does not include any hidden fees.
It’s True Confession Time
There’s been a feature request to Text a Prospect Anything in ShowMojo since the pre-pandemic era. It’s not that we weren’t aware. We’ve held off on this feature because the whole point of ShowMojo (and Leasing Automation) is to save you and your team from unnecessary and low-value communication with prospects.
And it’s not like we’ve been dithering about without a goal. In that time, we’ve innovated and introduced MojoLock G3, SEO Integration, Listing Boost, Reputation Boost, Resident Access, Instant On Applicant Screening, MojoBox, True Self-Showing Fraud Prevention, and a Mobile App — just to name a few of our bigger hits.
That’s not to say we’ve made the right decision. Honestly, we don’t know. The only thing we’re confident about is we’re doing the absolute best anyone can to improve the leasing experience for owners, managers, agents and renters alike. And we plan to keep doing that, as long as you will let us.
