Unit-Level Descriptions Now Included in Apartments.com Multifamily Feed
Unit-level descriptions are now sent as part of the Apartments.com multifamily feed, ensuring prospects see accurate, unit-specific details on their listings.
Default Calendar Selector Now Visible When Set to “No Calendar”
Fixed a bug where the default calendar dropdown was hidden in edit mode for accounts whose fallback rule was set to “No calendar.” The selector is now properly displayed, allowing users to update their default calendar assignment without issue.
FAQ Link Now More Prominent on Prospect Listings Page
The FAQ link on the prospect-facing listings page has been made more visible, making it easier for prospects to find answers to common questions on their own.
Updated Communication Settings Page
Email and text templates on the Communication Settings page are now displayed in the order they occur throughout the showing process, making it easier to find and update the right template at a glance.
Import off Market Listings from AppFolio
We’ve added a new option in the AppFolio Full Integration listing import settings that allows you to import off-market listings into ShowMojo. When enabled, off-market listings are imported with full details and photos, remain off market by default, and continue to stay in sync as data updates i AppFolio. Listings will only be placed on market if they are updated through the import or manually in ShowMojo. This setting is turned off by default.
Update to Apartments.com Multi Family Feed
We now can combine units in a floor plan even with varying square footage.
Also, send non-available units in the feed. This way the listing doesn’t show the data of units that aren’t available any longer, and if the client wants to update pricing or images in that period they can.
Added Role Limitations to Publish Listings
Previously, any role could take the account live (publish listings). We have updated this so that only Administrators or Account Owners can see this option on the account.
Improved Company Logo Section
Customers can add their logo to the Company Logo Section, and it will include their branding in their Zillow Syndication.

Nickname Your Locks in the ShowMojo App
Agents can now assign custom nicknames to smart locks directly within the ShowMojo app. Previously, locks were only displayed by their serial number, making it difficult to track which lock was installed where — especially before a listing goes live. Agents can now label locks with a street address or any other identifier, keeping device management organized in one place.
TikTok Video Support
ShowMojo now supports TikTok video links in listings. TikTok videos can be added just like YouTube links and will appear as thumbnails in the photo carousel on the Schedule-a-Showing page, giving prospects a more dynamic and engaging view of the property.
Reschedule Request Emails Now Use Your Custom Templates
When a showing is rejected by ShowMojo, the system will now use the custom Reschedule Request Email template you’ve configured in your Communication Settings — just as it does when a reschedule is initiated manually. Previously, system-triggered rejections sent a generic email to prospects regardless of any custom templates in place. This update ensures a consistent, branded communication experience for your prospects at every touchpoint, giving customers more control over how their messaging is presented.
Custom Showing Schedules Per Listing
Agents and account owners can now set a customized showing schedule for individual listings, overriding the shared team calendar when needed. A new “Customized Showing Schedule” option has been added to the Listing Options section of each listing’s edit page, allowing unique availability to be defined per listing. Prospects will see the updated schedule immediately, and any previously booked showings will remain unaffected. This gives teams greater flexibility to manage listing availability without disrupting the broader calendar setup.
AppFolio Pet Policy Sync for ShowMojo Properties
Pet policies configured at the property level in AppFolio will now automatically sync to ShowMojo, eliminating the need to manually re-enter pet information for each property. This ensures your data is consistent across both platforms and reduces the risk of errors.
February 2026
Fee Structure Enhancements for Listings
ShowMojo now supports more detailed fee structures, allowing customers to designate fees as required or optional and specify whether they apply per household or per individual. These options are available in the Rent and Fees section, the scheduling page, and bulk update tools, ensuring consistent, transparent fee information across listings and syndication channels.
Battery Level Check Added
We’ve added a Get Battery Level button in the ShowMojo app. When selected, it displays the current device battery percentage in a confirmation popup, making it easier to monitor device status at a glance.
Specials Field Added to Listings
We’ve added a new Specials field to the Listings page. For listings tied to a Property, this field is read-only and automatically pulls special offer details from the Properties page. A message directs users to update specials at the Property level when applicable. Specials are now also included in the Zillow Group single-family feed, sent within the Listing Special Offer section of the description field to ensure promotional details are properly syndicated.
Expanded 3D Tour Support
ShowMojo now supports three of the most widely used 3D tour providers—Zillow 3D Home, zInspector, and Ricoh—based on current customer usage trends. We’ve also improved the mobile experience by moving 3D tours into a dedicated modal that opens via button click. This ensures tours display at an optimal size on mobile devices, providing a smoother and more user-friendly viewing experience.
New Option for Self-Showing Screening
We’ve added a new “Both” option to the Additional screening question for self-showings dropdown. When selected, prospects are required to complete both Credit Card Authentication and Identity Document Verification before scheduling a self-showing. This provides stronger verification controls for added security and flexibility.
January 2026
Zillow Multifamily Feed Updated Link
We’ve updated the Zillow multifamily feed to include a property website link. Listings now send a link to the property’s gallery page as part of the feed, helping ensure listings are more complete and reducing warnings when managing properties on Zillow.
3d Tour Support for Zillow Multi-Unit Feed
We’ve added support for 3D tours in the Zillow multifamily feed. In addition to single-family listings, 3D tour links can now be included at the unit level for multifamily properties, helping showcase units more effectively and provide renters with a richer viewing experience on Zillow.
New Lead Trigger For Zapier Integration
We’ve added a new trigger that fires when a new lead is created without a scheduled showing time. This trigger uses the same payload as the existing “New Showing” trigger, excluding the showtime field, and supports customer requests for improved lead handling and automation.
Updated Import Properties Feature in Rent Manager
We’ve enhanced the Rent Manager property import to include additional property-level details. In addition to property name, floor plans, and specials, the import now supports property photos, amenities, and marketing descriptions. This update helps ensure listings are more complete and better aligned with multifamily syndication requirements, including Apartments.com feeds.
Select Rejected Leads to Listings and Showings Page
We’ve added a new Rejected Leads filter to the Dashboard to make it easier to review showings that were converted back to leads due to rejection. This view helps you quickly see which leads were rejected and why—such as declined showtimes, missing or unverified documents, unanswered questions, or unmet screening requirements—so you can better understand drop-offs and follow up as needed. The Rejected Leads filter is available from the Leads dropdown in the Dashboard.
Updated Dashboard Fixes
We’ve made updates to the Dashboard to improve clarity and usefulness of key performance metrics. The Overview now includes an Average Market Time card based on median days on market, and the Showings Conversion section has been updated to focus on rejected and no-show rates. These changes provide a clearer view of listing performance and reduce duplication with existing funnel metrics.
MojoAccess App UI Cleanup
We removed an option in the MojoAccess app that was not applicable to MojoAccess users. This update cleans up the interface and ensures only relevant actions are displayed, making the app easier and clearer to use.
Support Agent-Specific Zapier Showings
We’ve added more control to the Zapier “Create Showing” trigger by allowing automations to run only for showings assigned to a specific agent. When setting up a Zap, you can now select an individual team member so the trigger fires only when a showing is assigned to that agent, rather than for all showings across the account. This update makes it easier to build agent-specific workflows and notifications, while existing Zaps continue to work as they do today.
New Fees Section Added to Listings Page
We’ve added a new Rent and Fees section to the Listings page to make pricing clearer and easier to manage. Monthly rent and one-time fees are now separated into dedicated sections with totals displayed at a glance, and monthly rent has been renamed to Monthly base rent for clarity. You can quickly add standard or custom fees using a searchable dropdown, helping ensure listings are accurate and complete. Fee details are also automatically included in Zillow single-family and multifamily feeds, improving listing consistency and transparency across syndication sites.
Listing Page Reports Section
The Reports section on the listing page consolidates Showing Conversion, Rejected Showings, Lead Funnel, and Performance Metrics into a single view for each listing. Before these Reports were located on the lefthand side menu, but, as an addition to ShowMojo’s new look, we moved these reports right under the listing name.
Option to Bypass Camera Scan
We’ve improved the license upload experience to reduce friction for prospects. Property managers can now enable a setting that allows prospects to upload a photo of the barcode instead of scanning it with their camera. If the barcode upload fails, prospects no longer need to re-upload the front of their ID, and a new option lets them restart the upload if they selected the wrong file. These updates make the verification process more reliable and easier to complete on mobile devices.
Android App Stability Improvements
We’ve made a stability improvement to the ShowMojo Android app to prevent a rare crash that could occur when the app is backgrounded and later reopened on newer Android devices. This update improves how the app handles system memory management, resulting in a more reliable experience when switching between apps. No action is required—this fix works automatically in the background and does not change any app functionality.
ShowMojo 1.54 & MojoAccess 1.41 Release
ShowMojo 1.54 and MojoAccess 1.41 include improvements to device management and access reliability. The Nearby Locks page now displays only MojoLock and MojoBox devices, Bluetooth lock and unlock actions work as expected, and all supported access codes—including one-time, hourly, multi-day, and long-term codes—can be generated and used successfully. Firmware updates for supported devices are now more reliable, permanent access codes can be added or removed with immediate effect, and MojoBox devices continue to function over USB power. The Search bar in ShowMojo has also been updated to clearly display all devices and associated listing details for easier navigation.
More Notification Options for Dashboard
We’ve expanded notifications on the new Dashboard to give you better visibility into issues that need attention across your account. New alerts now surface critical billing, fraud, contract, renewal, and document issues, along with integration-related warnings and listing setup, syndication, and performance signals. You’ll also see new agent performance alerts and listing health indicators to help identify risks, gaps, and opportunities earlier—so you can take action faster and keep operations running smoothly.
Android Search Field Visibility Fix
We fixed an issue on the ShowMojo Android app where the on-screen keyboard could cover the search field when selected. The search field now remains visible and accessible while typing.
Follow-up Lead Trigger to Zapier Integration
We’ve added a new Zapier trigger tied to completed showings, allowing automations to run when a follow-up email is sent after a showing. This makes it possible to trigger additional emails, texts, or workflows once a showing is completed, helping teams extend follow-up communication and engagement automatically.
Improving Third-Party Calendars
We’ve improved the reliability of calendar disconnection for third-party calendars like Google. When disconnecting a calendar, the system now removes only upcoming events and completes the disconnection even if an error occurs during cleanup. This prevents users from getting stuck during calendar removal and makes disconnecting calendars faster and more reliable.
