Use ShowMojo to Syndicate Your Listings to HotPads, Zillow, Trulia and More

We’re thrilled to announce a whole new service that we have added to ShowMojo — listing syndication to 20 national sites, including HotPads, Zillow and Trulia.

That’s right, ShowMojo will now do some of your online marketing for you, by automatically syndicating your on-the-market rental listings — and even pulling them down when you take them off-market.

Of course, this is a ShowMojo-style approach to online marketing. The goal is not merely to get you more leads. Rather, we want to get you more scheduled showings. So ShowMojo automatically replies to each rental inquiry with an email message and link asking the renter to schedule a showing online.

ShowMojo also stores the inquiry as a lead within its online dashboard, and forwards you a copy of the original inquiry.
