ShowMojo’s AI Virtual Agent Is Officially Live 

The ShowMojo AI Virtual Agent is officially out of beta and live for all customers.  

And it’s name is Mo.

2. Send any supporting documents to support@showmojo.com — FAQs, tenant handbooks, property policies, and more. 
3. We’ll handle adding your website. Your agent will be up and running from there.

Mo works around the clock on your website and via text, answering prospect questions, surfacing relevant listings, guiding pre-screening, and scheduling showings. 

Whether a prospect reaches out at noon or at midnight, they get an immediate, intelligent response.  

Why This Matters: Prospects Don’t Keep Business Hours 

We built our virtual agent to solve the after-hours problem.  

The data told us that a significant portion of prospects were searching, asking questions, and scheduling showings after hours.   

And preliminary data from the beta showed this to be true: Roughly 37% of inquiries happen between 6p and 8a — hours when most PMs don’t have a live human available. And 24% of inquiries come in on the weekends.

The key here is not that a human takes longer. It’s that the lead is lost or significantly delayed.

Before Mo came along, unless you had Live Answer set up, prospects who had questions during off hours had to wait for an answer. Mo eliminates that wait time and ensures leads always have someone (or something) ready to respond. 

What the AI Virtual Agent Does 

You can think of Mo as your newest leasing agent, one that never sleeps, never gets tied up on another call, and is always ready to help a prospect move forward. 

The agent is trained on your listings, your website, and any supporting documents you provide (FAQs, tenant handbooks, property policies). Mo can:
