ShowMojo + Property Shield, AI Virtual Agent Update, and More April Releases

April was a whirlwind–NARPM Broker Owner happened, the AI Virtual Agent beta started, and Zillow Instant Touring and our Property Shield integration went live.  

Plus we made a fistful of requested updates that will help you communicate better, answer questions with less effort, and better control listing publication. 

The ShowMojo and Property Shield Integration 

ShowMojo’s integration with Property Shield gives you a proactive line of defense against listing fraud, without adding extra work to your workflow.

An Update on the AI Virtual Agent Beta 

The AI virtual agent beta is humming along. Spoiler alert: it’ll go live very soon. (Don’t worry, we’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.) 

Once it’s live, you’ll need to toggle it on your general settings page. Once you do, our customer success team will reach out to you to help you make sure your agent is properly trained and ready to answer questions.

Zillow Instant Touring 

In case you missed it, Zillow Instant Touring is now live. Our blog on Zillow Instant Touring gives you the full story. But the short-version is that now, when a prospect clicks “Schedule a Showing” on Zillow, they can select a time and book instantly.  

The request is automatically created in your ShowMojo account, meaning you can apply pre-qualification requirements and manage all communication in one place. 

This is a big deal because for every additional step in the leasing process, there’s more opportunities for leads to drop off. By removing as much friction as possible from the scheduling process, property managers capture more of the existing demand. 

The Other April Updates 

And don’t forget the many smaller (but still powerful) updates, all centered around helping you communicate better, answer questions with less effort, and manage your listings more effectively. 

Updated Communication Settings Page: Email and text templates on the Communication Settings page are now displayed in the order they occur throughout the showing process. This makes it easier to find and update the right template at a glance. 

FAQ Link Now More Prominent on Prospect Listings Page: The FAQ link on listings page has been made more visible, making it easier for prospects to find answers to common questions on their own. 

AppFolio Integration – Off-Market Listings: You can now import off-market listings into ShowMojo from AppFolio with full details and photos. Imported listings remain off-market by default and stay in sync with AppFolio unless manually updated. This setting is off by default. 

Publishing Permissions Update: Only Administrators and Account Owners can now publish listings. This adds a meaningful control layer over which listings go live and when. 

Improved Company Logo Section: Customers can now add their company logo, which will carry through to Zillow syndication, strengthening brand presence across listing platforms.
