AffordableHousing.com Joins the ShowMojo Syndication Partner Network

We’re officially announcing that the oft-requested AffordableHousing.com is now a ShowMojo syndication partner.

AffordableHousing.com, previously GoSection8.com, is the most visited and largest affordable housing listing network in the country, According to Their Website. They partner with over 700 government agencies across the United States including HUD, NAHRO, and PHADA.

What This Means for You

You no longer need to manually add your listings to AffordableHousing.com. Now ShowMojo handles it for you once you’ve imported your listings. After your listings are syndicated, leads from those listings are sent to ShowMojo via API.

And just like with inquiries to our other listing site partners, including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com:

  • ShowMojo instantly emails and/or texts a schedule-a-showing link to each prospect
  • ShowMojo follows up in 24 hours if the prospect has not replied or scheduled a showing
  • These emails and texts can be customized at Settings > Listing Sites
  • These email and text inquiries are included in Listing Activity Reports

Property managers working with income-restricted or affordable housing units can now enable Affordable Housing syndication directly from the Listing Sites Settings page. The option is off by default and can be toggled on to start syndicating eligible listings — giving affordable housing operators access to the same leasing workflow tools available to market-rate managers.
