Iris Is Now Live in ShowMojo — Plus 3 Listing Syndication Updates 

More places for your listings to reach renters means more qualified leads without any extra work on your end. That’s the story with Iris, ShowMojo’s newest syndication partner. 

And while we were expanding where your listings go, we also made what’s already there richer and more accurate.  

Here’s a handful of listing-related updates we’ve shipped in recent weeks.  

Iris: A New Source of Qualified Leads 

ShowMojo listings can now syndicate directly to Iris, opening up a new rental marketplace for operators in the San Francisco Bay Area.  

Iris is an AI-powered apartment rental marketplace that lets renters search apartments in the Bay Area by simply describing what they’re looking for and uploading photos. 

Iris is off by default and available to every account. Enable it from your Listing Sites Settings in ShowMojo. 

Also New: Uloop for Student Housing 

Alongside Iris, ShowMojo listings can now syndicate to Uloop, a student and off-campus housing marketplace.  

If any part of your portfolio serves college-adjacent renters, this is a channel worth turning on. Like Iris, it’s off by default, but you can toggle it on from Listing Sites Settings in your dashboard. 

Richer, More Accurate Listings on Zillow 

Two updates make your existing Zillow listings work harder without any extra effort from you. 

Video & 3D tour links now flow through automatically. If a listing has a video tour or 3D tour URL, both now send individually to Zillow, giving prospects richer media the moment they land on your listing. 

Housing restrictions now sync to Zillow, too. You can specify restrictions like:  

• Senior Housing 

• Student Housing 

• Military Housing  

• Disabled Housing  

• Income Restricted Housing (with per-household-size income thresholds)  

These restrictions will live directly on your Zillow listings. This helps you waste less time on unqualified inquiries. And it helps you stay aligned with Fair Housing requirements. 

API Update: More Fields, Fewer Manual Updates 

The listing import API now supports a broader set of fields, including: 

• Fee transparency details 

• Bedroom sizes 

• Housing type 

• Floorplan images 

• Expanded pet categories 

This new set of fields enables customers who send listings to ShowMojo via the API to pass richer data through automatically, which ensures your listings contain all the information they need, without requiring extra work.  

More Places, Better Data 

Iris is our shiny, new, AI-powered syndication partner, but it’s far from the only thing we’re doing to improve listing syndication on ShowMojo.  

The addition of Uloop, more accurate and media-rich listings on Zillow, and a broader set of fields for our listing import API are a big step forward.
