  • CodeBox offers a one-year warranty on all parts and mechanics of box.
  • Completion of this form is only the first step in the process. We may respond with additional questions or troubleshooting efforts.
  • Once a repair/replacement decision is made, return labels from CodeBox are created each Friday. This is not the speediest of processes.
