And that’s the theme of the week, folks. It’s all about making marketing and management of your listings easier.
No, we didn’t wait until the fourteenth of February for this theme. Because everyone would be too busy eating heart-shaped pizza and wouldn’t have time to read it anyway.
More Love for Your Online Ads
For each individual listing, right from the new Online Ad Health page, you can now see:
- Real-time listing setup and syndication alerts: So you can review and correct any issues impacting your online ad performance.
- Inbound email lead activity by listing site: Including first and last inquiry dates, as well as the source of the listing.
- Known listing site ads (when accessible): The coolest thing about this? Whenever possible, we link directly to the online ad – just click on any blue listing site name.
Ok, technically almost all this information was already available in your ShowMojo reports. But you needed to be a spreadsheet-function-loving datahead to get to it.
New Construction? No Problem.
This is straight from the desk of You Won’t Love It till You Need It.
Have you ever had a new construction listing that mapped three streets away because – in defiance of all laws of physics – digital roads take longer to build than real roads?
If you enter and manage your listings in ShowMojo, you can correct for that almost as quickly as you can sharpie a new heart-shaped street onto a paper map. Just click the Manually Set Location link on the Listings page.
Primary Agent Meets Required Listing Updates
Introduced last year, the Primary Agent feature lets each agent take point on a specific listing and makes other agents available for any showing overflow.
Introduced two years ago, the Required Listing Updates feature automatically tracks new listings and ensures everything is configured correctly.
Introduced today, Primary Agent can be configured as a Required Listing Update.
Ok. That reads less like a romantic fling and more like doing math. But, hey, at least we gave you the answer.
About that Heart-Shaped Pizza
No, we weren’t serious. Yes, it exists. But, seriously, just don’t. It’s about the tackiest thing you can do after buying that bouquet of roses from the hardware store checkout line.
