The Challenge
After five years of success with ShowMojo, Hayes and his team felt their prospect experience needed a facelift.
Tempted by promises from a newer competitor, they decided to switch to a different platform. But the new solution didn’t deliver the expected improvements, and RPM Solutions was left with significant operational problems, especially when it came to lockbox management.
On top of poor battery life and susceptibility to rust, their lockboxes were constantly going missing. Hayes grew sick of watching his people waste time driving back and forth between listings to find the missing access devices.
The Solution
